Search Beyond Adventures Extra-Assistance options are designed for our travelers with disabilities who need a slower-paced tour for walkers or manual wheelchairs (but don’t need accessible vehicles or accommodations), or who need a higher staff ratio for supervision or living skills assistance. We provide a 1:2 staff to participant ratio (double our “regular” ratio) with this option. The number of manual wheelchairs we can accommodate are limited so please inform us if you will be bringing one.

There is a 50 percent surcharge for this extra staffing. Add the 50 percent to the total tour cost (that is, 50 percent of the "air inclusive" charge if you live in one of those regions, or 50 percent of the "ground cost" plus 50 percent of the pending airfare, if you live in one of those regions).  These fees help offset the expenses of providing extra tour staff.

If you want a 1:1 assistance you can bring your own attendant on any of our tours (for an 85 percent surcharge), or you can register for our My Vacation Tours. On My Vacation tours you have an option of bringing your own attendant or we will arrange for our staff to assist you.
