Depart Minneapolis for the drive to Omaha (fly in and out of Omaha if you are on the air version). After an overnight stop in Omaha, ride across Nebraska and eastern Colorado for a late afternoon arrival in Estes Park, CO area. The next days are filled with scenic drives, hikes, and picnics in pristine Rocky Mountain National Park. Finish your shopping in Estes Park, then ride east to overnight in Omaha. Those traveling by air fly out of Omaha on day 7; others continue back through Iowa and Minnesota to Minneapolis day 7.
