| | Traveling with a disability and need a nurse or signing staff, or someone who speaks Spanish or French on the tour?
If you have special staffing or accommodation needs beyond what our tour generally provides, we invite you to request these services on your application. You may cancel without penalty if we notify you that we are unable to meet your request.
Some special requests we can often provide if you give sufficient notice:
• nurse
• medication certified staff
• signing staff
• Spanish (USA) or French (Canada) speaking staff
Other non-staffing requests we often can fulfill:
• portable oxygen
• meeting a friend of family member at the destination
• dietary requests (kosher, halal, vegetarian, liquid, etc) | |
