How to Register

Steps to Register for Your Tour:

1. From the price list find the correct price for your departing region.
2. Complete the Program Application (four pages). You can download this from the "Forms" link.
3. Attach a photo and sign the Terms and Conditions and Risk Waiver page.
4. Attach a check or money order for at least 25 percent of the tour cost, or attach credit card details (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), or deposit directly into one of our customer deposit accounts (see "Forms of Payments" below for bank listings).
5. If the tour departs within 60 days call (800) 800-9979 for a phone reservation, or fax the application to (877) 721-3409.
6. Mail the completed application and payment to the appropriate address below.

7. We will review your application. If we have questions we will call you.
8. We will send you an invoice as confirmation.

If your tour involves airline or rail travel we will book this for you. If you prefer to make your own travel arrangments please contact us for instructions.

Deposit Requirements
A minimum of 25% of the tour cost is required to confirm a reservation. However, you may register by internet, phone, or fax, and we will hold the space (subject to usual cancellation terms) for up to 14 days for you to send this minimum deposit.

Forms of Payment

We accept almost anything! Gold bullion, Mexican pesos, your children's college funds...but below are the types we prefer (in no particular order).
We do not accept durians or pineapples!

Money Orders and Cashier's Checks
American Express
Discover Card
MasterCard
Visa
Wire Transfers
Cash (only if brought to one of our offices or deposited directly to our bank account--see below)

In the USA you can also bring in your payment or transfer funds to any Bank of America, Wells Fargo, or Bremer Bank for deposit into our customer deposit accounts. In Canada you can deposit in our HSBC account. Call us for instructions.

Registering for Multiple Tours
You may use the same application, waivers, and photo for multiple tours by the same individual. List the tours and tour numbers on the beginning of the application. If you need additional room, attach a note.
Couples, please complete separate applications, although payment can be issued jointly.
Partial payments will be applied to the earliest tour first.
