| Day 1 | Depart home city this evening for the overnight flight to Paris. |

| Day 2 | Arrive in Paris this morning. Then board a fast train (199 mph) to leave Paris behind for the ride east to Strasbourg on France's border with Germany. You're tired after all this travel so wander out for supper but relax in this evening. |

| Day 3 | Start walking this easy and quaint city. Head to the sandstone 11th century Cathédral Notre-Dame then shop in the cathedral area square. See the 1900 working carousel at Gutenberg Place. Take a narrated canal boat cruise for sightseeing and history. |

| Day 4 | Today's bonus! Ride the tram into Kehl, Germany for lunch and shopping. Then head back to France to see the European Union Parliament building. Later walk down to the vibrant Petite France area for picturesque half-wooden German influenced architecture along the many canals. |

| Day 5 | Board the train this morning westward for the two hour return to Paris. Start exploring some of the many sights of Paris. See an evening view of the Eiffel Tower from Trocadero. |

| Day 6 | Start exploring some of the many sights of Paris: the Arc de Triomphe, Avenue des Champs-Éysées, the Louvre, the newly re-opened Gothic Cathédral Notre-Dame. |

| Day 7 | Continue your tour of Paris. Ride to the top of the Eiffel Tower. If you can climb the 300 stairs perhaps see a panoramic view of Paris atop the Basilique du Sacré-Coeur. |

| Day 8 | Say "au revoir" to France and your new friends before departing Paris for the trans-atlantic flight and your home. Because you are flying west, flights arrive in USA and Canada same day as your departure from France. |
